Staying at the lodge was a delight. We enjoyed an ocean trip by rubber duck to view the thousands of seals around Dyer Island. The interiors were beautifully decorated, and the scenic views were simply breathtaking. Ansley's service was exceptional, making our family feel at home.
For dads, it would be great to have more family activities.

Howay, I had a cracking stay! The views from me room were right lush, overlooking the sea. The brekkie was plentiful with loads of choice! But I reckon they could’ve had a bit more variety on the dinner menu.

The moment I stepped into the Abalone Guest House, I felt welcomed. The ocean views from my room were breathtaking. I stayed in the Luxury Room, Sea Facing, which had a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and a delicious cooked menu. The attention to detail impressed me, especially the complimentary champagne and chocolates that awaited me upon arrival. Staff members Jocelyn and Ansley went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing quick assistance whenever needed. the pillows in my room were not up to par. They felt flat and lacked the support I prefer for a good night's sleep. Despite this minor inconvenience, my overall experience was truly exceptional.
